About Rose:

Well-organized, successful, customer service-client focused business woman, Rose Ashton listens carefully, then works to find the best solutions to buying and selling challenges.  She focuses on bringing the best research strategies to achieve unparalleled service in her relationships with her clients.  She looks forward to working with you to achieve great success!

Rose continued her real estate career in 1987 at Coldwell Banker in Rancho Penasquitos, which route 56 now runs through!   She graduated from San Diego State University.  Her marriage took her to various locations in the US, as she worked as a successful healthcare professional.  Being no stranger to real estate, having bought and sold in her many moves, she like no other understands the business and the emotions involved.  Her husband, a former Navy officer, holds an MBA, and is also a real estate agent.  The two will make an awesome team for success!  She’s joined forces with Coastal Premier Properties and looks forward to serving you and your families through the buying and selling process.

What We Did: We de-cluttered, de-cluttered, and de-cluttered some more!  We touched up landscaping with plants and flowers, added fresh dark mulch, upgraded lighting for shine and brightness, and went over the top with staging.  We did some light touch-up paint as well and brought in a great photographer to finish it off!
